Marshall became a real estate agent in 1992 and was named Rookie of the Year his first year in the business. He considers real estate the perfect profession for him because he loves working with people. He finds meeting those differing needs, drawing on a depth and breadth of expertise, to be highly satisfying. Marshall has been associated with one of the top five real estate teams for the past ten years, holding the number one spot for the last five years. Marshall is also a phenomenal cook and has become known for the fantastic lunches he prepares for caravans, attracting agents from far and wide to come and preview his listings. Robyn brings the love of people as well as an objective opinion to every real estate aspect. After growing up in Gaffney, South Carolina… yes it is the big Peach town, and graduating from the College of Charleston, she decided to move to the largest city in the south. The desire to work in real estate came very early in life but she was not able to fufill that dream until 2005. Robyn and her husband, Chris, have two daughters that attend Briarlake Elementary. She is very involved in the PTA, Girl Scouts, and is a member of the board at Twin Lakes Swim and Tennis. Robyn has been the number one agent at a local office and has closed well over 80 transactions in her relatively short career.

Marilyn has been selling Real Estate for 25 years with Coldwell Banker and Remax and feels very at home in her new office here with Drake at Toco Hills. She is a long time resident and landlord in Virginia Highland and loves intown life! She is a member of the BMW Motorcycle Club of Georgia, the Atlanta Track Club and she never misses the Peachtree Road Race or Half-Marathon on Thanksgiving. Vickie brings several unique skills and valuable experience to Marshall Berch and Associates. A native of Atlanta, Vickie has an extensive familiarity of intown neighborhoods with an especially deep knowledge of the areas encompassed by area codes 30329 and 30345, where she has lived her whole life. Not only is she an accredited Staging Professional, but she is frequently asked to give classes on staging to sell. She is also a certified New Home Sales Professional and worked a number of years selling John Willis homes while gaining an understanding of the special issues related to new construction. In addition, Vickie is the mother of two and has worked in the past as a paraprofessional in special education, giving her yet another dimension of expertise regarding schools and school systems as she helps her clients find just the right neighborhood for their families.

Patrick began working as a real estate appraiser and then decided to become a licensed real estate agent. While his depth of understanding of the appraisal process is a tremendous asset to the group, Patrick believes that one of his greatest attributes as an agent is his patience. Patrick is a native of Atlanta and has deep roots in DeKalb County. He is the grandson of Jim Cherry, who served as Superintendant of DeKalb County Schools for 30 years, and the son of Lynn Cherry Grant, a valuable member of the DeKalb County Board of Education for many years.

She was raised in St. Louis MO, attended Bradley University in Peoria IL and lived in Louisville KY before moving to Atlanta in 1988 where she discovered a passion for real estate. Joan began renovating and renting homes homes in 1999, became a licensed real estate agent in 2005 and has closed more than 100 real estate transactions. In addition to selling real estate, Joan enjoys yoga, gardening, participating in triathlons, beading and cooking. She and her husband of 20 years have one daughter, Sarah, a black and white cocker mix rescue doggy named Oreo Cookie Kaplan, 2 cats, 5 backyard chicken and 2 honeybee hives.

For the past ten years Tammy has worked in the Oak Grove community. Recently life took her in a different direction, but she was ready to take on a new challenge. After a career in contract management with state government, she combined her many talents which include years of experience with her husband in buying, renovating and selling houses, staging homes, and an interior decorator license, into a second career — real estate. Veronica was an Air Force brat and moved every three years while growing up. In 1980 she moved to Atlanta and became a travel agent after developing a love of travel. She bought a home in in the Toco Hills area in 1985 with her husband and raised two daughters who attended and graduated from local Dekalb County schools. Veronica decided to put her attention to detail, problem solving skills and her familiarity with the stresses of moving to work by helping people buy and sell homes. After working for many years at Northside Realty and Harry Norman, Veronica has decided to return to her own neighborhood by joining Marshall Berch and Associates. She brings 16 years of experience along with knowledge of metro schools and neighborhoods, primarily in Dekalb county and urban Fulton county. In 2005 Veronica attained the designation of Lifetime Member, Atlanta Board of Realtors. Her interests include cooking, gardening, beagles, the Braves and UGA bulldogs.
